Word Revolution: A Celebration of the Evolution of Hiphop [02/10]!
In addition to today’s Grammy Museum’s opening of their hiphop exhibit, the Grammy Foundation will be hosting their thirteenth annual preservation project, this coming thursday [02/10], that will have many artists in the event such as 9th Wonder, Kid Capri, Marsha Ambrosius, Phife Dawg (ATCQ), MC Lyte, the b-girlcrew Beat Freaks, and more. This event will feature live musical performances from a number of artists. Also, they will be showing historical footage of the hiphop culture out from their archives. This event starts at 730pm, will require you to be suited-and-booted, and it’s $25 for the tickets, which you can purchase [here].
Shoutout to Vanessa for the info on this event! Flyer down below for more information.
