UPDATE: The location of tonight’s party has been moved over to Vanguard in Hollywood!
The Jump-N-Funk party will be reaching its ten year mark in a couple of weeks. Brought to you by Rich Medina, this event has not only touched Los Angeles (thanks to Footlong Development & FROLAB) and other parts of the country, it has also touched outside of it, landing in countries like Italy, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Tokyo, Brussels, and Germany. So, for it to be 10 years in existence, LA has something special to be a part of when the day gets closer. Make sure you get to The New Gabah early to get the $10 entry b/4 1130pm.
Nu-Thursdays: The Entervention Experience [10/13]!
This Nu-Soul event is guaranteed to blow your mind! LA’s own Havana, who will be performing songs off her new album, The Entervention Experience, will be sharing the stage alongside GB, and one of my favorite artists from the north side, Trackademicks! Personally, i’d say ‘fuck whatever you’re doing’, and get your asses over here, but that’s just me.

House Shoes celebrates his 36th tonight at Little Temple!
Tonight, all of Los Angeles will be ringing in the Detroit’s Ambassador’s (NOW LA resident) bornday over at Little Temple! Its going to be poppin’ off over here tonight, since Little Temple Bar is normally closed on mondays. Make sure you get here early, though.
