Its about time that I posted up some music on here! I know it’s rare that I do it nowadays, but I rather post up stuff that’s not common on any other site, especially if it’s dope! My WIB brother Michael (602Diggler) has been very lowkey with some heads from DigiCrates crew in Japan working on this fresh compilation for quite a while! Im currently listening to this joint while I’m making this post and its definitely worth listening to! Check out what Michael said about this compilation…
Introducing a unique compilation compiled from the styles of “602Diggler” representing The Word Is Bond and “Cory Atkins” representing DigiCrates Records.. For the future endeavours taking place here on WIB, we had stated before that we where going to take bigger steps into the 2012 year onward to stain the brains of the masses of readers to from across the globe and to make a positive difference for the music and artists we support..So what we have here Ladies and Gentlemen is a 20 track compilation, First 10 tracks compiled from the handpicked venom on the DigiCrates Records side and then the second set if 10 heat rocks slapped up from 602Diggler WIB side.. It’s very choice in a versatile quality set of instrumentals and hip hop in unison projecting from both sides of a musical point of view.. It’s highly recommended that you play this at high volume and slap properly, as it’s a first pertaining to a classic compilation of musical birth and with an outbreak of volumes to come… Sit back and take everything, vibe with us, and enjoy..GHEA!!! THE WORD IS BOND!… To Be Continued…

There have been many fundraisers for Japan that have taken place when
the disaster first occurred, but we take on an “out of sight, out of mind”
attitude when there is no longer “hype” on the subject.
Remember, the tsunami occurred less than 2 months ago!
There will be a long recovery process for those that lost everything, material
belongings and more importantly, loss of loved ones.
Part of the proceeds from your cover fee will be donated to:
The Nippon Foundation via CARE FOR JAPAN.
CARE FOR JAPAN enables Americans to contribute to The Nippon Foundation’s
long-term community reconstruction efforts. The focus is on orphans, the disabled,
the elderly, immigrants, and others whose particular needs are often left unmet in
For nearly 50 years, The Nippon Foundation has helped Japan’s towns and
neighborhoods deliver social and health services to those in need. The Foundation
has unrivalled experience in immediate disaster assistance in Japan, helping the
most vulnerable following the 1995 Kobe Earthquake, the 1997 Mikuni oil spill, the
2004 Mid-Niigata Earthquake, and 2007 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

Here’s another #JapanBenefit to check out this saturday during the Santa Ana Artwalk (DTSA). One of the ladies that will be participating in this will be Alfie Numeric. I have never been to any art exhibits on Orange County, so this event should be cool to check out. For more info, go [here].
Maaaannn, I wish I have my camera right now.
Here’s another #JapanBenefit event coming at you live from Los Angeles, Low End Theory-style! Make sure you get there early, as it is suggested that tickets will sell out and doors will eventually close! All proceeds will go to help those… ‘you know where’ (I’m tired of repeating myself). The event will feature its regular resident DJs Daddy Kev, Nobody, Gaslamp Killer, D-Styles, and MC NoCanDo, along with a few special guests.
You can find more info on the event page.
Here’s another event brought to you by the crew over at Soundlessons! I’m glad that my Left Coast is doing a whole lot to help out for Japan! We make things happen over here! Shoutout to J-Logic, Hit+Run Crew, and many more who play a huge part in the crew! Details down below…
I didnt know about this event, but here’s another dope feature that’s giving back to Japan, brought to you by Soul Sessions, Bridges Crew, and many others. This event will take place over in DTLA at Club 740! If youre in the area (like I know some of you who live there lol), be sure to pop up..
Tonight over at Little Temple bar there will be another Japan fundraiser event. For some reason, I feel very excited that everyone is literally getting involved with trying to help Japan get back on their feet! Humanitarian efforts are definitely worth being a part of. But anyhow, check the flyer for details down below..
Yesterday this album was released in regards to the tragic events that went down in Japan, as the number of deaths are reaching up to a little over 9000. It’s terrible to see what they’re going through, and there are now worries of radiation being in the water. My friends have previously put together fundraisers in support of this tragedy and send the money out to many non-profit organizations, and last week I mentioned to a few of my friends about doing the same exact thing.. I guess now, this project speaks for me (along with my brothers). Read more down below…
This post should’ve been made earlier this week, but hey.. better late than never, right? Tonight over in Pomona, DA ILL SPOT will be hosting another hiphop event, but this time around a portion of the proceeds will be going to the victims in Japan. Its going down at Aladdin Jr. 2… so stop by!
