FYF Announces 2011 Schedule; Comedian Tent Details [09/03]!

August 24, 2011 – Los Angeles, CA – We are excited to announce the 2011 FYF schedule, with set times for all four stages and the comedian tent listed on the grid below and at www.fyffest.com. The festival will happen once again at the Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown Los Angeles.

The festival will run from Noon until Midnight. The event is All Ages. FYF is pleased to team up this year with Goldenvoice.

Slated to perform are: Descendents, Death From Above 1979, Explosions in the Sky, Broken Social Scene, Cold War Kids, Guided By Voices, Simian Mobile Disco (live), The Dead Milkmen, Girls, No Age, Kid Dynamite, Glass Candy, Dan Deacon, Four Tet, The Head & The Heart, YACHT, The Weakerthans, Chromatics, Cults, Olivia Tremor Control, Smith Westerns, OFF!, The Strange Boys, Japandroids, Nosaj Thing, Ty Segall, Mister Heavenly, Pink Mountaintops, Avi Buffalo, Cass Mccombs, Title Fight, Fools Gold, Tijuana Panthers, Touche Amore, Purity Ring, Twin Sister and Future Islands.
