Tonight, the legendary monthly FIRECRACKER (that used to take place over at Grand Star many moons ago) is taking place tonight over in Downtown LA. Celebrating fifteen years, the original residents will be spinning a diverse array of music, as well as celebrating Coleman‘s birthday tonight. Guest DJ will be the legendary Battlecat! It’s $10 for the cover all night, so make sure you are wearing your dancing shoes when you attend!
The Good Foot Returns To Being A ‘Monthly’ Starting This Friday!
After a two-year hiatus (with the exception during the Christmas holidays), by popular demand The Good Foot returns this friday, and most importantly, as a monthly event! I can’t believe this, this is what I’ve always been hoping for; Long Beach needed this…
Thank you Dennis and to all of you involved in bringing this event back to a monthly. Check out their facebook page!
Bodega Celebrates Four Years Tonight In Little Tokyo!
Happy Birthday, Bodega Sundays! Today is their four year anniversary with the crew bringing you the freshest sounds in music from all over — with many surprises! Since 2009 they’ve held it down solo and in most recent years they’ve brought you guests from (the most recent) Tony Touch, Peanut Butter Wolf, DJ Wayne Ski, Garth Trinidad, Fatlip (The Pharcyde), DJ Nu-Mark, and now they’ve fished DJ P.U.D.G.E. & Jeremy Sole to take Senor Fish to new levels…
I strongly suggest you arrive early. Senor Fish is expected to get packed so if you’re standing outside later, you’re probably going to end up staying out there for a while.
Guerilla Union + Sean Healy Presents = Battle Of The Bells (08/31)!
For those of you who are attending Rock The Bells, here’s another pre-party that you can be a part of. This, in fact… is more of a competition to see (out of ten) which artist will seal the number one spot in Los Angeles, New York, and San Fran to perform at Rock The Bells. Tickets are $15, so be sure to pick up your tickets before they sell out!
Garth Trinidad & DJ SEAN O as guests at Bodega Sundays Tonight!

The event will be taking place at the Do-Over‘s old launching pad — the El Centro (formerly known as Crane’s Tavern).
